The test bed can perform functional maintenance tests on the power drive components (PDU) of the mainstream cargo compartment system of domestic cargo aircraft, including various passenger cargo aircraft and all cargo aircraft, such as B737, B777, B747, A320, A330, etc. Main test contents of the test bed:

·PDU lifting force measurement, horizontal tangential force measurement (including no-load and load);

·Manual torque test (including no-load and loading);

·Voltage measurement, current measurement (including no-load and load);

·Sensor function testing;

·Sensor sensing distance testing;

·Speed measurement (including direction A and direction B, no load and load);

·SRPDU chassis rotation torque test;

·SRPDU chassis rotation Angle test;

·Lifting and descending time test of PDU drum;

·PDU drum lifting height detection;
